职位描述:
职责描述:
1.根据国家法律法规,负责员工的招聘、录用、入厂培训、劳动合同的签订、薪酬、档案代管、退工、离厂结算等手续;responsible for procedures of employee’s recruitment, hiring, entering training, labor contract signing, salary / wage, archive filing, resigning, leaving calculation and etc. according to state laws & regulations;
2.根据国家法律法规,按时准确的进行员工五险一金的每月申报工作;declare monthly employee’s social insurance & housing fund on time and correctly according to state laws & regulations;
3.负责社会保障、书面审查等年检工作;responsible for annual review of social security, written examination and etc.;
4.负责特聘人员、外籍人员的办证、年检、邀请函等手续;responsible for make certificate and annual review for special-hired or foreign employee, as well as make invitation letter and etc.;
5.根据计划按时提供各类人事报表及数据;provide all personnel form or data on time according to plan;
6.人事系统的数据录入及整理,各部门人员的每月考勤统计,及劳动纪律检查;human resource systems data management, make monthly attendance record of each dept., and labor discipline check;
7.人事文件、资料的档案管理;filing management of personnel documents and data;
8.根据公司实际情况,制定并时时更新公司人事文件、表格、通知等;make and update company personnel documents, forms, announcement & etc. according to actual company situation;
9.人事文件、资料的档案管理;filing management of personnel documents and data;
10.制定本职人事工作流程指导书。make personnel working procedure instruction.
任职要求:
1.英语或德语听、说、写熟练;good at english or german listening, speaking and writing;
2.熟练的电脑操作技能;good at operate skill of computer; 能熟练使用今日招聘网,招聘号的维护
